The pull-line displacement sensor can be divided into two types: digital output type and output type.
Digital output type can choose incremental rotary encoder, absolute value encoder, etc. The output signal is square wave.ABZ signal or Gray code signal, the maximum stroke can be 2000 mm, the maximum linear accuracy is 0.05%, the resolution can be up to 0.003 mm/pulse according to different configurations.
The output type can choose precision potentiometer, Hall encoder, absolute value encoder, etc. The output signal can be4-20 mA, 0-5 volt, 1-5 volt, 0-10 volt, serial SSI and resistance signal, etc. Maximum travel can reach 1250 mm, maximum use environment can reach IP65 protection level, use in wide temperature environment of -45 C to + 105 C.
This series is especially suitable for linear guideway system, hydraulic cylinder system, telescopic system, positioning, pressure machinery, papermaking machinery, textile machinery, metal sheet machinery, packaging machinery, printing machinery, horizontal controller, construction machinery and other related dimensions measurement and position control.
